Our September 20th open show had picture perfect weather, not bad for Western NY in the month of September! Thank you to everyone that came from the exhibitors to the spectators – it was a FUN DAY!

Show officials were : Judge: Dan Weeks; Show Manager/Announcer: Marylou Yuskiewicz; Show Secretaries: Karen Gerrish, Toni Poormon and Pat Hutchinson, Gate: David Poormon, Ringmaster: Linda (her 1st time in the ring- wonderful job); Ribbon Runner: Scott and Concessions: Kevin.

David & Toni Poormon are the owners of Cheval Stables – they always have the grounds in tip-top shape for every show-they never miss a beat!

Thank you to the Wayne County Sheriffs Deputies Brian Pitt and Chris Verstraete for stopping by during their shift. Deputy Verstrate handed out the ribbons to the Lead line Class – first time for the deputy and the cute lead liners.

The last class of the day was a request from an exhibitor – we always like to please everyone so we added - Groom’s Class. There were 5 victims in the class that had to smile (no matter what we asked them to do)- the judge had fun with them and everyone received blue ribbons and treats. Charles Chaffer, Connie Blain, Sue Holmes, Felix Denoto and Jim Pritchard were the riders.
