Mike,
Bobbi and daughter Michele have been showing horses
as a family since 1972.
The Capobianco family started with open shows and
eventually worked their way up to a national level.
In August of 1999 Mike and Bobbi Capobianco
purchased a forward moving gelding named KF Six
Shooter+/ (JA Magnificat x Mary Ann Supreme).
That same year Mike
brought " Shooter" to the National Show Horse Finals
in September and took the Amateur Country Pleasure
Driving Reserve Grand Championship.
This past September 14, 2002 was the highlight of
the Capobianco family’s show seasons when Mike and
Bobbi's daughter, Michele Mullen, aboard KF Six
Shooter+/ captured the 2002 Country Pleasure Amateur
18 & over Grand National Champion.
KF Six Shooter+/ is a
member of the National Show Horse Ring Of Fame.
Eligibility into the Ring of Fame requires a horse
to have a minimum of 500 points in NSHR
approved competitions and at least one National
Championship (Finals) placing.
In addition to his
success in National Show Horse competition "Shooter"
has had a stellar show career in IAHA competitions
resulting in his earning of the Legion of Supreme
Honor +/.
The Capobianco family currently own three 1/2
Arabian/NSH geldings. One of their yearlings, XL All
Night Long, also did very well this past year. He
was National Show Horse Finals 2002 Reserve Grand
Champion Yearling Stakes Gelding.
We wish the Capobianco family continued success both
in and out of the show ring.
