It is also understood that the use of this web site is undertaken at the user's own risk.  Equine Extra and the developers and administrators of this web site shall be held harmless for any damage to property, lost revenue, profit, or for direct, special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages how ever caused and regardless of theory of liability, arising out of the use of of this web site.

FORUMS & CHATS

Equine Extra strictly monitors its Chats and Forums and strives to keep our discussions on topic and focused. Please keep your posts respectful and mature at all times. Any thread that becomes unacceptable will be reviewed and posts will be deleted as necessary in order to maintain the integrity of Equine Extra. 

We realize that no two people are alike and opinions and viewpoints will differ. As such, participants agree to refrain from using offensive words or language. Posts using violent or sexually explicit words or phrases will be removed. Discuss ideas and topics, but do not attack people. Swearing and blatantly insulting others will not be tolerated.

Equine Extra does not verify the information placed on any message board for accuracy or for any other qualities except compliance with our posting guidelines. Any reliance on information on our Discussion Forum is entirely at the risk of the member.

Violators of the Terms of Use will be blocked from posting messages in the future and Copyright infringements will not be tolerated.

LINKS

The Equine Extra reserves the right to accept or deny the listing of any and all requests for the inclusion of links to our Links Page.  Sites requesting links should submit all requests to The Webmaster .

Sites will be inspected to see if they meet the criteria set forth by the Equine Extra.  All links must be approved by Arabian Extra prior to listing.  It is also required that a reciprocal link be placed to the Equine Extra on all sites granted links, prior to the posting of the requested link, on the Equine Extra Links page.

ADVERTISING

Equine Extra reserves the right to accept or deny any and all requests for advertising on the Equine Extra Web Site.  Those requesting to buy advertising should submit all requests to The Webmaster .  Products, sites, or organizations will be inspected to see if they meet the criteria set forth by Equine Extra.  All advertising must be approved by prior to listing. 

All rates are U.S. Currency or equivalent.  

All text and photos submitted to this site must be the property of the submitter or the submitter must have attained a release from the copyright holder for the display of the submitted text and or photos. The submission of text and or photos by the submitter to Equine Extra will act as verification that the submitter is in compliance with the law regarding copyright infringement and the submitter certifies to have attained the proper releases from copyright holders where applicable. 

In the case of the submitter having attained release by the copyright holder all photos or text must be clearly marked with the copyright holders name.

Furthermore, Equine Extra shall be held harmless from any action in disputes between copyright holders and submitter. 

FREE CLASSIFIED ADS

Equine Extra reserves the right to accept or deny any and all requests for items listed for sale on the Equine Extra Web Site.  

The intent of the Classified Ad sections of the Equine Extra website is to provide a no cost sales listing for horses or horse-related goods to our viewers for their own personal horses or property. A maximum of 4 horses or horse-related items may be listed on the website at any time. A photo may be used for each item listed and the Classified Ad may contain one E-mail address to allow for responses. No website addresses will be published for free Classified Ads. Commercial or paid Classified Ads are available for Trainers, Farms, Manufacturing and other horse-related products or services. It is also understood that Equine Extra is not liable or responsible for products or items for sale made by contributors to the Equine Extra Web Site For Sale categories.  All transactions are strictly the responsibility of the buyer and seller.

GENERAL EQUINE ADVICE & COMMENTS

Equine Extra offers a section for contributors to give tips and information concerning General Equine Advice & Comments.  You use all tips and advice at your own risk.  We advise you to check with your own Veterinarian prior to giving any treatment or using any training methods you see listed.
